and black hand written wording and large blackboard heart and stick of chalk. Each plaque is personalised to create a unique gift.

The teddys come in Pink,Blue,Purple,Yellow,Green,Grey or Orange.

The size is 17cm wide x 11cm tall x 6mm thick  and made from high quality MDF and professionally painted. Hand written details use acrylic paint markers and are sealed with water based varnish. The plaque can be hung using the hemp cord provided.

Plaques are recommended for indoor use only.
