Shipping & Returns

We use An Post to deliver all items. Most items are posted separately in padded envelopes and fit through a standard letterbox. Orders are taking 5/6 working days to process at the moment. An Post delivers a day or two after we post. Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.A preview is available for all orders in the basket prior to proceeding to the checkout. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can normally within 5/6 working days.
But as our products are hand made here in Ireland and we hand pack each order this depends on the influx of orders at the time and we hope you can bare with us.
If it is for a special occasion please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Free shipping on orders over €85.00 *

If you order comes to €85.00 *in Ireland + Northern Ireland, { €100 for international orders } your items will be posted for free. For all individual orders here is a cost, sizing and shipping summary sheet;

5/6 Working Days

We aim to ship all our items within 5 to 6 working days. Please bear this is mind when ordering for a special occasion. Of course if you need the item sooner we will try our utmost to facilitate this if you state it on your order but during busy periods for example at Christmas this may not be possible. Orders not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order

Registered post

If you would like your item to be sent vis registered post there will be an additional charge for this. We use An Post for this service.

Return Policy

  • Please contact info@farnacrafts.com with any return request
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
  • Return confirmation email from farnacrafts.com must be included
  • Items must be in their original form (NOT worn or altered)
  • Sale items can only be exchanged, they are not eligible for a refund.
  • Personalised items are not available for Exchange or a Refund.
  • For any spelling mistake etc made by us, we will replace the item straight away.
  • Every item/order  is photographed (including envelope with customer’s shipping address) by us prior to dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
  • No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
