Personalised Family Heart shaped plaque, hand painted in white with red stamped on flower embellishments.

The plaque has space for up to 3 personalised characters on the bar and two additional personalised characters on the plaque.

The family name is written in white on the bottom red heart.

The figurines come in 14 colours…..Blue , Light Blue , Pink , Red , Orange , Green , Black ,Lilac , Purple , Turquoise , Olive Green , Fuchsia Pink , Yellow and Metallic Gold.

Any one of these 14 colours can be either male or female.

This come with a choice of 2 sports jerseys or club crests .

Club jerseys are not available.

Clubs are only available in rectangular shape.

Each plaque creates a unique gift for the family and is a perfect gift for a New Home, Housewarming, new baby or Christmas.

The size is 20cm wide x 13cm tall x 9mm thick  and made from high quality MDF and professionally painted.

Hand written details use acrylic paint markers and are sealed with water based varnish.

The plaque can be hung using the hemp cord provided. All the bars on our plaques simply slide out (not glued)Any characters can be added / rearranged.

Plaques are recommended for indoor use only.
